MSI Defense Solutions and Thales Belgium Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Advance Collaborative Air Defense and Rocket Launcher Solutions
San Francisco, CA – October 6, 2025 – MSI Defense
Solutions, LLC (MSI), a U.S.-based defense integrator headquartered in
Mooresville, North Carolina, and Thales Belgium S.A., a leading European
defense technology company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) toexplore collaborative opportunities in weapons integration, rocket launchermechanisms, and air defense systems across Europe, the Middle East, and theUnited States.
The MOU was formally signed in San Francisco by Nguyen Trinh, Chief
Executive Officer of MSI Defense Solutions, and Alain Quevrin, Chief
Executive Officer of Thales Belgium, during a bilateral defense industry
engagement attended by officials and industry representatives from both
nations.

The agreement establishes a framework for joint exploration of commercial and
technical cooperation, with an initial focus on rocket launcher systems and air
defense solutions. Both companies will assess opportunities for integrating
Thales’ launcher and guided weapon technologies with MSI’s vehicle-based and
expeditionary defense platforms, including future applications in counter-UAS
and short-range air defense missions.
